Big Word Wednesday

This Wednesday's word is antediluvian. Adjective. "Extremely old and antiquated" or "Occurring or belonging to the era before the Flood." It's a fun word to use, partly because of the way it flows off the tongue.

Here's a context in which I might use the word: "Seriously, you need to upgrade your operating system. It's so old that it's practically antediluvian."

Last week: jeremiad.
