For those of us who teach

I found Adjunct Kait's series about how to write a syllabus both instructive and timely, particularly the third part, which discusses course policies. It's well worth reading if your job has anything to do with education at the collegiate level. To quote Kait, "I know the title is kind of lame, but I didn't think 'How to Write a Syllabus That Covers Your Behind in Every Possible Aspect While Still Being Short Enough for Students to Actually Read It' would fit in the title bar."
